From the east of Sicily, 400mt on the Sea Level, manually harvested. 12 days fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks, partially aged in oak.

PERSONALITY

This is really amazing wine. Not too strong, intense… smooth but still fresh… please do not buy it. We have few bottles… TRY "HAVE A DREAM" instead!
