Flagship wine of Valdespino and the last Fino to be fermented in oak barrels. A second unique feature is the
fact that the Palomino grapes for this wine come from one single vineyard.

Tasting Note :
Yellow straw colour, with golden hues. Pungent, delicate and complex with roasted almonds, yesty (brioche, bakery
aroma) Delicate but round (butterfly) palate, with complex character and firm structure. It has a long, mineral
aftertaste.
