The vineyards of Glenlofty lie at 340 metres above sea level in the heart of the Pyrenees in Western Victoria and total almost 140 hectares. The vines were established in 1995 by Southcorp to supply premium cooler climate red and white varieties for the Seppelts and Penfolds brands.The estate is comprised of 32 separate blocks of which five are Cabernet Savignon
Tasting - Lifted primary Cabernet aromas of blackcurrant and cassis, with ripe, red fruit jube flavours derived from the Merlot, and balanced oak characters from the use of aged American oak. Fine tannis and length of flavour.
