Unique French white wine made from 100% Merlot, sourced from Château Sénilhac in Bordeaux’s Haut-Médoc region. Clear juice is extracted via quick pressing to avoid skin coloration, fermented at low temperatures, and partially aged in oak. Vinification: 70% fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks; 30% aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting Note :

Pale gold with a subtle green shimmer; clear, transparent, youthful, and pure.

Aroma: Fresh and gentle, featuring lemon and mango, followed by green apple, white floral scents, a faint creamy oak undertone, and a whisper of cool herbaceousness.
